Payment & Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of any tour reservation or service for which payment has been successfully made, notification in writing has to be made to [email protected]
For notification of such cancellation four weeks or more prior to the intended date of the tour or the service, a full refund less 15% for administration charges will be made direct to the credit card or the bank of the customer as appropriate. For cancellation closer than four weeks prior to the intended date of tour or service, no refund will be made.
It is necessary for the customers to maintain their respective Transaction ID numbers, which would be provided at the time of placing a request and quote this number during any inquiry.
